Forum Guidelines
Last updated: 25 October 2026
The Jurisly Forum is a place for people to ask legal questions and for lawyers and others to share general knowledge. These Guidelines form part of our Terms of Service. They are also the rules and user agreement the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 require us to publish.
1. Forum posts are not legal advice
Answers on the Forum are general information. They are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer-client relationship. Every situation is different. Before acting on anything you read here, consult a lawyer about your own facts.
2. Who posts
You must be signed in to post. Each account may start one new topic a day. Your role, lawyer or client, is shown from your account and cannot be chosen freely. OmniMorph and its team also publish questions and answers on the Forum.
3. Posting anonymously
You can post anonymously. Other users will not see your name, but OmniMorph keeps the link between the post and your account, and may disclose it where the law requires, for example under a court order.
4. Protect confidential information
Do not post anything that could identify a client, a party to a case, or the facts of a confidential matter, and do not post anyone's personal details without their permission. If you are a lawyer, remember your duty of confidentiality to your clients.
