Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made on the Jurisly platform, operated by OmniMorph Private Limited (CIN: U62013WB2025PTC279832), having its registered office at A/4/3, Sucharu Residency, Kuikota, Midnapore, West Midnapore – 721 101, West Bengal, India. It is provided consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Two kinds of payment

1. In-app subscriptions and AI credits — paid to Jurisly through our payment provider, Razorpay.
2. Fees for legal services — paid by you to independent legal professionals. These are arranged and settled between you and that professional. Jurisly operates the technology platform and does not control the pricing, scope or delivery of legal services, and therefore does not guarantee refunds for them.

In-app subscriptions and credits

• Once a subscription or AI credits have been activated or consumed, the fees paid are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law.
• You may request cancellation before a service or billing period commences, and such requests may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to the terms agreed at the time of purchase.

Approved refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable period, subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider.

Disputes and grievances

Any dispute relating to fees or refunds for legal services should be resolved directly between you and the legal professional, except to the extent we are required to intervene under applicable law.
