Refund/Cancellation Policy

Payments made on Jurisly are processed to facilitate access to legal services provided by independent legal professionals through the platform.

Once a legal consultation, service request, or engagement has been initiated or scheduled, fees paid are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

Users may request cancellation of a service prior to its commencement, and such requests may be eligible for a refund or credit at the discretion of the relevant legal professional and subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking.

Omnimorph operates the technology platform and does not control the pricing, scope, or delivery of legal services and therefore does not guarantee refunds for services that have been rendered, partially rendered, or cancelled after commencement.

Any disputes relating to fees or refunds should be resolved directly between the user and the legal professional, except to the extent Omnimorph is required to intervene under applicable law.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original method of payment, subject to processing requirements of payment providers.
