Jurisly is a legal-technology platform operated by Omnimorph that facilitates access to legal services provided by independent legal professionals through a digital interface.
By accessing or using Jurisly, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws.
Where legal services are provided through Jurisly, a lawyer–client relationship (in most cases) will arise between you and the relevant legal professional, and communications in that context may be subject to confidentiality and professional obligations under applicable law.
Omnimorph operates and maintains the technology platform but does not itself provide legal advice, does not supervise or control the conduct of legal professionals, and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any legal service or information.
You acknowledge that your use of Jurisly is at your own risk and that you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information or materials you submit through the platform.
Omnimorph reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Jurisly in the event of misuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms.
Continued access to or use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms, as updated and improvised from time to time.
