Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jurisly platform and related services, operated by OmniMorph Private Limited (CIN: U62013WB2025PTC279832), having its registered office at A/4/3, Sucharu Residency, Kuikota, Midnapore, West Midnapore – 721 101, West Bengal, India. By accessing or using Jurisly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The platform

Jurisly is a software-as-a-service legal workspace that enables law firms, legal professionals and individuals seeking legal help to manage cases, collaborate securely, connect their documents, and use AI-assisted tools for drafting, summarisation and research. Jurisly provides technology only. It does not provide legal advice, is not a law firm, and does not create an attorney-client relationship between Jurisly and any user.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jurisly. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity conducted through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Your content and storage

You retain ownership of the case files, documents and materials you upload or connect. Your files stay in your own connected cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox); you grant Jurisly a limited licence to access, store metadata about, process and display such content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload and share your content. When you share a case with a firm through the platform — including where access is arranged by an administrator — those files become accessible to that firm, and access already granted may not be fully revocable.

AI tools

Jurisly's AI features may use external providers including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Mistral, Meta Llama (via Groq) and Sarvam AI, or AI configured by your firm through its own API keys. AI output is assistance only, may be inaccurate, and must be reviewed and verified by you. It is not professional legal advice.

Jurisly Forum and user content (intermediary status)

The Jurisly Forum lets lawyers and clients post questions and answers and interact with one another. In respect of user-generated content, Jurisly acts as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

• You are solely responsible for content you post and must have the right to post it.
• You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, misleading, that violates another's privacy or confidentiality, or that is otherwise prohibited by law or these Terms.
• We may remove, restrict or flag content, and community moderation (including flag-based removal) may apply. We will act on valid legal or court orders to take down content.
• Forum posts are community contributions and are not legal advice.
• Complaints about content may be raised with our Grievance Officer (below).

Payments

Certain features require payment. In-app subscriptions and AI credits are processed through Razorpay. Fees you pay to independent legal professionals for their services are arranged between you and that professional and are not controlled, processed or stored by Jurisly. Jurisly may generate or send invoice notifications on behalf of a firm.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to breach security, access data without authorisation, disrupt the service, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We implement commercially reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnimorph shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated output.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under applicable law.
